Will be viewed as a thought leader regarding Project Management Methodology and tools, as well as resource management practices, and change management techniques. Ensures the effective application of a standard methodology to the requirements of the assigned project/portfolio. Clearly defines and articulates roles and responsibilities of project team members from a matrixed project organization. Understands and manages to a RACI chart. Responsible for ensuring project compliance with internal governance policies Creates and manages/analyzes project management plans. Oversees cross divisional issues and risks across projects as well as manage quality, delivery, budget and scope related risks. Communicates with key stakeholders the program strategy, direction and changes. Identifies resources needs, tracks key milestones and performs quality status reviews to the executive/leadership teams.
