Participates in business technology planning, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems as related to the company's competitive position Demonstrates deep knowledge of SOA concepts and techniques Experience with bank processing vendors and technologies for core banking, web integration and asset liability management. Program Delivery Directs the development, implementation and support of technologies to support business objectives.  Proven expertise in complex program design and estimation through all phases to implementation Manages people, budgets, expenses, processes, and tools to align and calibrate the organization's technology deployment strategy with its business strategy Interacts with customers to ensure their continuous satisfaction Mastery of skills required for the role (e.g., Project Management Methodologies, tools, procedures, change management process and strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, project management software and forecasting. Serves as subject matter expert (SME) in all aspects of project implementation planning and execution, ensuring consistency across project portfolio. Demonstrates skill in negotiation and timing to finalizing terms and conditions in agreements/contracts with customers and vendors participating in solutions. Methodology Ensures that rigorous system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices are followed Experience with SDLC Waterfall project methodologies and/or Agile methodologies Supports and champions a culture of compliance, ensuring that compliance with internal Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and other processes related to regulatory or compliance requirements takes place and change control and problem management procedures are followed. Develops enterprise-wide project/program strategies, supporting business case and various high level project plans. Experience with Clarity for work breakdown structure, resource management and change control/issue/risk controls. Experience maneuvering through organizational and engagement models is preferred. Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of multiple projects through the supervisions of project managers and related staff.  Directs and mentors a team of project managers, portfolio managers and/or other project management staff.  May also manage highly complex or enterprise-wide projects. Develops the Banking program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans.  Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program. This will also need a strong Vendor Management for the outsourced solution. Responsible for delivering all assigned projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.  Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business Accountable for on-time, within budget and quality delivery of all IT projects/programs. Will be viewed as a thought leader regarding Project Management Methodology and tools, as well as resource management practices, and change management techniques. Ensures the effective application of a standard methodology to the requirements of the assigned project/portfolio. Clearly defines and articulates roles and responsibilities of project team members from a matrixed project organization.  Understands and manages to a RACI chart. Responsible for ensuring project compliance with internal governance policies Creates and manages/analyzes project management plans. Oversees cross divisional issues and risks across projects as well as manage quality, delivery, budget and scope related risks. Communicates with key stakeholders the program strategy, direction and changes.  Identifies resources needs, tracks key milestones and performs quality status reviews to the executive/leadership teams. Communicates with all areas of the Enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources that align with the work effort being managed. Excellent negotiation skills. Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them as required. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
